SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped through registered domestic/international courier companies and /or speed post only.
Orders are shipped within 2-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
VARSHA DESIGNERS is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer.
We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We sell curated,high quality Jewellery products.
Each product is checked for damages and quality before dispatch to ensure only the best for our customers
If there is any damage during transit ( like loose stones or hinge break due to rough handling by logistics)will be replaced if an opening video of the courier is provided.
The video should be provided within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. If not returns will not be considered
In case of replacement, the return parcel must be sent within 48 hours of receiving.
The courier charges borne by customer would be reduced on next order placed with us
And not as monetary refund.
