Refund policy

We sell  curated, high quality  Jewellery products.
Each product is  checked for damages and quality before dispatch  to ensure only the best for our customers and to avoid hassles at both sides 


If there is any damage during transit ( like loose stones or hinge break due to rough handling by logistics)will be replaced if an opening video of the courier is provided.

The video should be provided within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. If not returns will not be considered

In case of replacement, the return parcel must be sent within 48 hours of receiving.
 
The courier charges borne by customer would be reduced on next order placed with us
And not as monetary refund.
